We will begin hiring gardeners come Spring 2020! We will be seeking full- and part-time employees with flexible schedules once the gardening season begins. These employees would assist a maintenance team with a variety of gardening tasks, including care and maintenance of ornamental annuals and perennials, as well as the occasional vegetable garden. Basic tasks will include: weeding; pruning; dead-heading; and trimming. Depending on demand and skill level, you may also possibly assist with planting projects, doing tasks such as digging; lifting; hauling; and installation of mulch or other materials. Once the Spring/Summer season ends, in October or November, fall clean-up activities will begin, which includes cutting back certain dead plant materials and raking/cleaning up leaves from beds and lawns.

We can offer a flexible schedule, great pay, a wonderful team and working environment, and the opportunity to learn and grow with us!

If you are a hard worker with a great love of plants, a fine eye for detail, a love of the outdoors and gardening work, and preferably have some gardening experience, MyGardener is the perfect place for you! Employees must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle, as well as be able to pass a background check. Most importantly, a positive attitude and a great sense of hustle will make you an ideal candidate!
